At Breezer Bikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all bikes and gear in original condition. If your new equipment doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to help you find the perfect fit or facilitate a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for oversized bike boxes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
